To celebrate 25 years since Kristina from Duvemåla Malmö Opera posted this interview with Benny and the main stars of the musical talking about the show and their roles in it which turned them into stars.

In this film we see the composer Benny Andersson and the director Lars Rudolfsson, the main characters Helen Sjöholm, Anders Ekborg, Peter Jöback, Åsa Bergh and Marianne Mörck. Björn, as lyricist, is missing from the line-up for some reason.

The show played for five years in Malmö, Stockholm and Gothenburg and was seen by almost half a million people. It consolidated Björn and Benny's reputation as musical composers, it made Peter Jöback and Helen Sjöholm stars and put Malmö on the international musical map.
