Benny, Björn and Tim Rice were interviewed by Nina Nannar about Chess (with its première the following day), but the broadcast interview was rather taken over by the small subject of ABBA recording two new songs.
Tim Rice was there but he didn't utter a word in the interview that was broadcast.
The interview was shown on the early evening news at 18:30 and again at News at Ten.
A full-length version of the interview - allowing Tim Rice to speak - was made available on the ITV website later that evening.
