Songwriting Camps is an initiative that brings together writers and producers from around the world. It is a hub that values the creativity of others and wants to provide a neutral platform for embracing creativity and instigating relationships across the songwriting world. Being actively concerned about equality, encouraging multiculturalism and being gender neutral Songwriting Camps wants to embrace the inspiration and nurture the artistic expression of songwriters and producers everywhere.

Launched in 2015, Björn attended the Stockholm camp and addressed the attendees at the 2017 Stockholm Songwriting Camp and a very small part of his speech was included in a promotional film for the Songwriting Camps where he used Benny's analogy of writing songs was like waiting for "a dragon in a cave".
