TV chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall visited Sweden in the first episode of this series on Scandinaivan countries.

He and Björn walked along Södra Bröbanken they sat and had coffee outside Hotel Skeppsholmen.

He visited ABBA The Museum, and met Björn, who explained the concept of "lagom", which means "just enough", and sums up how Swedes approach life: At its core is the idea that we can strike a healthy balance with the world around us without having to make extreme changes, and without denying ourselves anything.
