Björn met the press at the Scandic Hasselback Hotel to announce that, after several twists and plans put on ice, an ABBA Museum would open in Spring 2013 on Djurgården in Stockholm, Sweden. The location of his interviews was directly oppostie the construction site.

ABBA The Museum would exist in a Swedish Music Hall of Fame building mainly for ABBA but also for other Swedish artistes and would be an interactive way of presenting the band's music, lyrics, costumes, musicals and movies.

Björn admitted in the STV interview, "I've been a little hesitant to become a museum piece before my death. My hope is that you will get a little closer to us and that it should be a lot of fun, warm and emotional."
