Brief footage of the first rehearsal of the cast of the forthcoming production of Kristina fran Duvemala was made available on the website of Svenska Teatern in Helsinki where the production would take place at the end of the following February 2012.

On this day the entire ensemble met for the first time together with the artistic team and employees at the theatre.  Director Johan Storgård welcomed what he called a multicultural production, in which Finnish and Swedish skills participated.

Original Swedish production director Lars Rudolfsson explained that the original Kristina from Duvemåla was over four hours long but this version we will see at the Swedish Theater will be just over an hour shorter and the performance would differ slightly from the original.

Benny and Björn were present for the first day of rehearsals.
