The YouTube channel of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame published very brief interviews with Benny and Frida (separately) which were, presumably, filmed prior to the ceremony and, (presumably) in a hotel room at the Waldorf Astoria.

Benny said, "The life of the songs that we wrote ... well ... in the 70s, I mean, we had no idea. When we quite the band in 1982, we thought that maybe more come in - a little money - from the records that were out there - maybe for a year, a year and half or two and that would be the end of it and it wasn't.  I was thinking yesterday, if you took every, all the inhabitants of the Rock Hall of Fame away, like they never existed or their work never existed, what would this world be like, you know? It would be a pretty dull place I think, at least so many things we would lose, you know."

Frida said, "You can actually never escape from what you once did when you were young.  It's always there following you and it's a part of your daily life in a way. You get reminded through all the fan letters and of course all the different things that happen with our music - like the musical, like the film, or the movie.  And also all the requests we get - interviews, and you know, I've come to a time in my life that I actually don't want to do too many things and I feel like to be here now and to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, it's actually an honour for me and you know, coming to that time in life when you feel I actually just want to be grateful that I get this award. I don't want to perform, I don't want to be on stage, I don't want to do all this fuss around the whole thing, I just want to enjoy it and being there or being here, you know. It's a wonderful honour and I'm very happy about it."
