Björn sent a short pre-recorded message to the show: "Hello Kiwi (referring to the programme host, Andrea "Kiwi" Kiewel), dear ABBA fans in Germany, I'm sorry that I couldn't follow your invitation to your show this evening but I'm really happy that 30 years after our victory at the Song Contest there are still so many fans who love and listen to our music. I hope that you will still be ABBA fans when we will celebrate the 40th anniversary."

Björn clearly recorded the message on the set of Our Last Video Ever - I'd recognise that wallpaper anywhere!

Thanks to Samia Jalal and Erik Menkens c/o ABBAMAIL (no longer online) and Harry Ehler.
