Solsta Café was a café program in SVT during the period 20 December 1982 - 7 March 1997, which was broadcast from Karlstad hosted by Bengt Alsterlind. The programme consisted of music, interviews, cooking, viewer competitions and local reports from around Värmland.

Frida was a guest in the studio for over 30 minutes including an interview with Bengt Alsterlind and footage of her outside with an environmental group looking in a waste bin together.

During the interview with another guest doing some cooking, Frida covered her face with a tea towel!

Other guests on the show were Madlen Trasthe and Lola Näsman.

Then she demonstrated how the environmental waste bin works.

Finally a guest arrived who totally surprised Frida - Lasse Lönndahl with whom she toured in 1968. He brought a pile of press cuttings with him of him and Frida.
