This interview was originally asking Benny and Björn's opinion about the Erasure cover, Abba-esque which consisted of their covers of the following ABBA songs:

1. Lay All Your Love on Me
2. SOS
3. Take a Chance on Me
4. Voulez-Vous

They proceeded to talk about the ABBA legacy and Benny said that an Australian fan sent him a video of news footage of them from their 1977 tour and how he thought how corny they looked in the footage - that's when he says the quote that seems to be taken out of context in documentaries forever after about "It's rather fantastic that the music is still around but that they didn't kill us at the time for being so corny" - he was referring to the 1977 video footage he'd been sent and not necessarily ABBA as a whole (although no doubt he'd say the same about that too!).
