The Dutch music show Countdown was a popular music show from 1976 to 1994, broadcast by the (in that time public) broadcasting system Veronica. It ranked as the top music show in the whole of Europe.

Due to the popularity this show, the career of one of its hosts throughout the entire period, Adam Curry, rose like a star.

Guests on this episode were:

1. Roberto Jacketti & The Scooters - Make Me Cry
2. Talk Talk - It's My Life (probably)
3. Frida - interview followed by Shine.

The interviewer/host, Adam Curry, appeared very nervous talking to Frida and especially after she said, "Hello Adam!".

(Both newspaper articles feature how Frida was greeted on her arrival at Schipol airport in Amsterdam).

The Dutch series Countdown is nothing to do with the Australian music series of the same name.
