Björn was shown commenting on the murder of John Lennon the previous evening in New York.

In the first segment he said that John Lennon & Paul McCartney were the direct reason that he and Benny began writing music - having much more impact than anyone else on them.

In the second segment he said that he was struck by the enormous meaninglessness of Lennon's murder and that you could draw a parallel to Martin Luther King and possibly Kennedy - it's the same kind of thing because Lennon was a symbol for everything that happened during that era, for an entire generation.
