ABBA arrived in Melbourne from Sydney at 10:45 on an Ansett flight and went directly to their hotel, The Old Melbourne Motor Inn.

This is all alternative footage to that used in ABBA - The Movie - you can see the cameraman for ABBA - The Movie right in front of ABBA.

(So far) there are four different sets of footage for this event:

1. ABC - the ABC footage was shown on Countdown probably on the next day (ie. 6 March 1976)
2. Channel 7
3. Channel 9 Network - the Nine Network footage was shown on Nine News
4. Channel 10 - the Channel 10 footage was shown on Ten Eyewitness News (on 5 March 1977). The Channel 10 footage were also partly included on ABC’s TV special Bang-a-Boomerang in 2013.

1. Benny giving an autograph to one lucky little girl and Agnetha signing for another
