Rund = Round
Rund was a youth program on East German TV which ran from 1973 to 1988 and was broadcast monthly. It featured a lot of international artists of the rock and pop genre and as such can be seen as the East German counterpart to the West German shows Musikladen and Disco.
Episode 32
As ABBA was too expensive to get for the show (however, in 1976 the host claimed that ABBA were too busy for the show but in the documentary* that was aired in June 2013 (showing this clip) they revealed that this was not true), they recorded the film in Stockholm which was a greeting for the viewers of the programme.
The promo clip for Mamma Mia followed that short segment. Then there was a short report about them while they performed a snippet of Fernando LIVE with piano and guitar (however the German commentary talked over the whole thing!). The clip from the SOS PROMO completed the ABBA segment.
The host of the programme was Bodo Freudl.
* The documentary shown was a compilation of the highlights of Rund and sometimes things were discussed. They even mentioned that tabloids created the rumour that ABBA performed in Trinwillershagen which was not true and that they then corrected. It would appear that there is no more footage of ABBA from the programme (otherwise it would probably have been included)
A brief clip was repeated 23 June 2013 on German Television MDR on the programme Es geht wieder rund.

Bodo Freudl: Because nothing was free in ABBA's schedule for today we together with our correspondent in Stockholm organised a long distance meeting with ABBA.
Björn: Hello, dear friends of Rund. We send you all a friendly greeting across the Baltic Sea, a musical greeting, titled Mamma Mia.
