Informe Semanal = Weekly Report
This classic programme from National Spanish Television (Televisión Española) was aired every Saturday evening and usually included four reports of the most relevant events of the week. This particular edition was however, solely devoted to the Eurovision Song Contest and talked about the history of Brighton and the main characteristics of the contest. It was aired just before the ESC live broadcast from Brighton.
ABBA are featured very briefly in behind-the-scenes footage - although the cameras mainly focus on Agnetha!
Olivia Newton-John is also featured very briefly looking a bit sulky.
The programme was broadcast on the day of the Eurovision Song Contest - 6 April 1974 - in Spain and more recently during the channel's 50 year celebration on 1 November 2006 at 21:50.

"Gentlemen, pay good attention as there are many blonde and pretty girls (in this year's contest). For instance, the Norwegian Anne-Karine Strong, and above all, the two members of the Swedish entry, Frida and Anna. The last one is a pure Scandinavian beauty, the most chased by the photographers at the festival, and not exactly because of her voice or interpretative qualities, but for her photogenic physique when she's being photographed."
