Hep Stars Sån't som slog = Hep Stars Things That Were Hits
The Hep Stars featuring Benny, Svenne & Lotta on this show where they covered some songs and performed a medley of their own.
Benny was briefly interviewed at the end of the programme but came across as fairly miserable.
In the TV listings, this was referred to as the last TV appearance by The Hep Stars and some of the songs listed as being performed were: Farmer John, Cadillac, Lilla Sofie, Malaika and Sunny Girl. In fact, as the Medley clip shows, the only Hep Stars' songs in the Medley were Cadillac, Farmer John, Bald-Headed Woman, No Response, Sunny Girl, Wedding, Malaika, Mot okänt land, Sagan om lilla Sofie and Let It Be Me.
Amongst the songs covered were Speedy Gonzales and Reach Out (I'll Be There) with a hint of Creedence Clearwater Revival's Proud Mary and The Beatles' Get Back and Martha My Dear (in the form of a Swedish version entitled Lotta min vän (Lotta my friend).
The show was hosted by Urban von Rosen, and produced by Peter Goldman. One of the credits shows involvement by Magnus Härenstam (presumably the same guy who played the teacher from When I Kissed The Teacher and Frida's co-star in Jokerfejs - Härenstams Blandning).
Most of the performances concentrated heavily on Svenne and Lotta - Benny was just the keyboard player in the background! It also looks like there was a new guitarist.
