This was filmed for an official DVD release which is available from Amazon Germany. Footage of Frida arriving at the venue and watching the rehearsals is included on this DVD (pictures to follow).
(Apparently in the afternoon before the concert, Jon Lord and Frida were seen filming an interview together and this was suspected to be included on the DVD - but it's not!).
