host, Jacob Dahlin, had a fascination with the Russian Popo Star, Alla
Pugacheva who Björn and Benny had wanted to take the role of Svetlana in
"Chess". (Apparently Pugacheva was forced to decine for political reasons
and stated "it was her life's biggest tragedy not to be allowed to perform
in "Chess"). In 1987 Jacob Dahin recorded a special edition of his show in Moscow with Benny and Gemini as guests along with Swedish rock group Europe (who performed "The Final Countdown") and Alla Pugacheva. The Russian programme was called "Utrennyaya Pochta greets Jacobs Stege" The programme starts with scenes of rehearsals and backstage. For
the show, Benny played a "Money Money Money"on the piano and after some not very
subtle flirting with Alla Pugacheva, "I Know Him So Well" and finally "Happy
New Year". TLC
