| Notes | Frida showed a great flair for comedy in a small role in this one hour
comedy thriller. Directed by Peter Wester, it consisted of five separate
sketches each with a different plot. Frida appeared in the last sketch as Louise, the secretary and mistress of Gehord, a wealthy factory manager played by famous Swedish comic actor Magnus Härenstam (who played the teacher in ABBA's film for "When I Kissed The Teacher"). The plot surrounds Gehord who is having an affair with Louise while all around him his family are trying to kill him because of his obsession with keeping the heat down in their house. Every time one of the family tries to kill him, something goes tragically wrong and it's only Louise who is left alive and is finally successful. Magnus Härenstam plays the parts of Gehord, Gehord's wife, teenage son AND punk daughter. He apparently decided not to take the role of the secretary/mistress insisting that he had to draw the line somewhere ... (He plays parts in the other four sketches in the film as well - hence "Härenstam's Mixture"). Frida displays a wonderful comic streak in the few seconds you actually see her on screen. She commented at the time, "I find this part much better, it has more character. I've been offered parts before which I've turned down, but it felt right this time. Magnus is a fine actor." Thanks to Rakborsten the whole film is now on YouTube in 13 parts. Frida is only viewed in 2 out of the 13 and marked (parts 9 and 13) but if, like me, you're curious to see Magnus Härenstam's comedy film in full, I've included all 13 parts. Part 1 - Opening Credits
