Notes Frida is interviewed by Hagge Geigert and, like all his guests, is made to do some strange things.

In this programme, Frida has to do a bow tie up for Hagge, pick a coin up from the floor without bending her knees and sing a song (a little bit of "Ring Ring" in Swedish!), meet a fan named Therese (is she still a fan?) and dance with Hagge.

A rare clip of Frida performing "Söderhavets Sång" is shown.

Hagge died 14 February 2000.
