Notes Frida and Claes af Geijerstam presented these four variety shows which were screened from 18 September 1981.  Claes and Frida started each show with the song "Let's Get This Show On The Road."

Frida performed a duet of "After The Love Has Gone" with Tommy Körberg; a cover of "Words of Love" and a superb cover of "Fire and Ice" (which of the four programmes was this song performed?). The final programme of the four has apparently been wiped by SVT. ("Fire and Ice was originally recorded by Pat Benetar and was released as a single from her album Precious Time in July 1981").

The four shows were filmed on:

18 August 1981 ("Can't Buy Me Love" was part of this show, Frida sang it as part of a medly but lasted less than a minute. "Words of Love" was also part of this show as part of a Mamas and Papas medley but lasted less than a minute also)

20 Aug: Tomas Ledin, Mats Ronander, Py Bäckman ("Cry Me A River" was included in this show although Frida didn't sing any solo parts).

25 Aug: Diana Nunez, Kikki Danielsson, Peter Lundblad ("Got To Get You Into My Life" was included in this show as part of a Beatles medley, although Frida didn't sing any solo parts. "Aquarius" was also part of this show but no solo parts from Frida).

27 Aug: Tommy Körberg, Billy G-son, Lotta Hedlund*, Dave & The Mistakes ("After The Love Has Gone" was included in this show, the duet with Frida and Tommy Körberg).

Lena Andersson was a guest on one of the shows - but which one?

Update - 13 November 2005 - Pictures of one of the episodes can be seen here - but I don't know whether it's from 20, 25 or 27 August.

"Lite Grand i örat" was a play on words as the show was taped at The Grand Hotel and loosely translated is "A Little Something For The Ear".

*it's Lotta you hear squealing at the start of the chorus of "After The Love Has Gone"!
